Going out out out out out
I don't even keep track of what I am doing these days anymore. Many days I just go right into hibernation and sleep the entire day. Even my parents don't see me much even though I am in the house. At the same time though, I have been going out quite a lot as well.

As mentioned before, I went out with Nicole last Monday and we went to Plaza Singapura to eat Nandos. I took forever to finish my food even though I just ordered a chicken breast with no other sides. It was probably because I have not been eating the previous day and my stomach just couldn't handle it. But it was fine since Nicole eats pretty much at the same speed I was, so we just talked about stuff over lunch. It's really funny because we end up talking about so much stuff, talking about the past, or about our visas, and other stuff. The thing is we have many similar hobbies, so we ended up going to the bookstore buying books even though we both still have many books back at home that have not been read. We even went to Dome to continue talking about secondary school stuff, and then continued walking again. We just walked and talked and at times shopped but it was a really good meet up because there was so much to talk about. We planned another baking session on the 5th but I haven't really thought of what to make just yet.

I was supposed to meet Rinny again on Tuesday, but somehow we ended up cancelling and lazing in bed again. We then made plans to just stream harry potter movies together but we ended up cancelling that too.

I went to meet my grandaunty and granduncles(?) on Wednesday. (Basically, they were my grandmother's siblings). We had lunch at paradise inn in bedok point. Having lived in bedok throughout my childhood, I have to say it has changed so much. Now there is not only one, but two malls there. When I used to stay there, there wasn't even a single mall. It just feels so foreign all of a sudden. After lunch with my grandaunty and granduncles, I texted Auntie B to meet up since we were in the vicinity. She was our ex-neighbor when we were staying in bedok area. We sat down for some cake and coffee and just did some catching up. (I seem to always be talking about eating, huh.)

I went to meet up with Rinny once again on Thursday to make up for Tuesday that we didn't meet. We went to Jurong Point to eat at MOF (my first time there) before we headed down to IMM. I don't go to Jurong Point much so everything seemed so new to me there. We also bought a jacket each there for about $15. We went down to IMM for Daiso, and bought yarn and stuff so that I could teach Rinny how to crochet. Speaking of which, I should take a picture of my last completed long cardigan I made from scratch. So we ended up sitting in Ya Kun with me teaching her how to crochet while she getting a little frustrated. Kekeke. But it was all good because she managed herself somehow even after I had to leave. Auntie Joyce and Uncle Toh (honestly I get so confused how we are related but I think she is my mum's aunt... or was it cousin? LOL) They came over just to meet up before I leave, so we just chat until 11+.

I went out on Friday for some Korean BBQ because foooood. We went on to uniqlo where I managed to get really cheap jeans. I bought 1 pair of green jeans just for $9.90 and 2 more pairs, one black and the other navy, for $12.90 each. I think they were cheap because they were all really small sized. Oh well, all the better for me. My mum paid for all of them anyway since we were together. We went out with Rieko-san after that to develop her wedding pictures before I went to the Expo with my mum for a John Little sale. We managed to get really cheap bedsheets ($9.90 for queen sized bed sheets set) and many other nonsense going for cheap as well. We also went to some IT sale but ended up getting nothing but cables for charging our phones.

I went out again on Saturday to meet Joe at orchard central but I accidentally left my phone behind so we had some problems actually even meeting. I managed to find some wifi and contacted him so we could meet at D&D. Joe ordered this rainbow cake and couscous while I ordered a cheese and portabello burger.

It was really good but I felt so full after that.
(Photo credits to Joe. I took them from his Instagram)

He even took the trouble to get me a farewell gift as well as a souvenir from Australia where he went for 5 days between his break after POP.
It was a bittersweet meeting since it will probably be the last time we meet for a long time.

We were only 13 years old here, in the bus. God, it feels so funny looking at old pictures.

And 14 years old here, celebrating Joe's birthday at his place.

And finally one picture of us at present.

Well, after we separated, I decided to go shopping on my own. I went to uniqlo again and for the first time, I bought myself male shirts. I got some for females but the material used for guys felt so much nicer I swear. It was thicker and softer and the colors were nicer too. All for the same price of $12.90. The funny thing is that a male's sized S equates to about a female's L. I honestly tried the L and XL for females because I was looking for something slightly baggier, but it didn't look nice so I settled for an M instead. But when I got the male's one, the S was the same size of the female's L, yet because of the cutting, it fit better even when it was baggy.

The irony is that females are the ones getting mocked more for being large in size. Next time just tell anyone who dares to insult you that you're wearing a S in male size tbvh.

Male's S vs. Female's M

I also bought a long vest thingy from H&M but no pics :<. I couldn't resist buying this huge-ass eraser as well for $2.90 that says 'Ctrl+Z'. Kekeke.

It seems like I did a lot in the same day but I went home and went out again after a failed attempt to take a nap. We went to my grandfather's place to pick him up before going to MBS to watch the fireworks of the national day parade rehearsals.

They were all taken from my phone so the quality isn't the best; but I take what I get :3

That wasn't the real reason we were there though. We were really there for the Fruit Festival there because Mike KorKor gave us free tickets so we had free Durian and fruits. Honestly, I don't eat much durian so I was practically there just to waste away a ticket. I did eat some though.

We even went up to the Skypark for free and walked down discussing how someone actually managed to jump down even though there were glass and barriers everywhere. I wouldn't want to jump if I wanted to kill myself though. I mean it's so scary. Maybe carbon monoxide or something would be the best. Just a thought. Do you guys think of things like this too or am I the only one? LOL. I mean I don't really want to kill myself or anything but really, I wouldn't want to jump down anything even if I wanted to. My thoughts scares me sometimes too.

Oh gosh, I'm not even done with Sunday (which, yes, I went out again). Funny, I never expected that I would go out so often like this. But I guess since I'm already leaving next week, everything just comes piling up on me.
